Guided Tours

• Choose any special or collections tour in the museums. Click here for Adult, Senior, and Red Hats tour descriptions, or click here to reach information for Kids/Schools.
• Must be booked at least four weeks in advance.
• Must be prepaid in full one week prior to visit using one form of payment.
• Changes in attendance must be made at least one week in advance for group to receive a refund.
• Admission to Carnegie Museums of Art and Natural History is included in fee. 

Rates

• $1 off any rate listed on this website.
• Two complimentary admissions for group leader and bus driver.
• For Kids/Schools, chaperone requirements vary. See the Kids/Schools page for details.

Booking

When booking your tour, please have the following information ready:

• Group Name
• Group Leader Name
• Address
• Phone/Email/Fax
• Number attending
• Preferred tour date (and second choice)
• Preferred tour time (and second choice)
• Type of tour desired: Guided or Unguided
• If anyone in your group has special needs, please let us know when booking.
