How long is a school visit? What does it cost?
We offer a variety of options for tour length. Select a format that best serves your student and classroom needs.
- Gallery Tours: Students participate in inquiry-based dialogues about thematic groups of artworks in the galleries.
$7.00/student for 60-minute tour
$8.50/student for 90-minute tour
Extend any tour with a 30-minute independent viewing activity for an additional $1.50/student.
- Studio Workshops: Students discover the creative process by discussing works of art in the galleries and through related art-making activities in the studio.
$10.00/student for 2 hours
- School-Museum Projects: Begin with a museum educator in your classroom for a pre-visit. Students explore a topic in depth over two consecutive days with combinations of gallery discussions and studio art-making.
$525.00/class, 35 students maximum, two days
