Fun with GigaPan

As a research associate in Carnegie Museum of Art’s photography department, I am in the process of exploring the museum’s future photography initiatives.  Thanks to CMU’s CREATE Lab, I was recently able to borrow a high-tech GigaPan EPIC Pro system, which can combine hundreds or even thousands of photographs into a single detailed panorama. With the help of many able and willing CMA employees as models, I captured some panoramas of the Hall of Architecture and the Teenie Harris: Photographer, An American Story exhibition.
